10 month old doesn't feed to sleep anymore

DD has always bfed to sleep at night. A handful of times she would be not in the mood and would drop off to sleep with dp after being irritable with me.

For a week or so now she's wanted milk as usual but not been able to fall asleep, and then we've rocked her to sleep. She then wakes a few times a night. She's teething and has had a cold so it's been more than usual.

During the day if she falls asleep in her pram she will stay asleep when we get home, possibly for hours and I can hear her cry out and then soothe herself back to sleep but she doesn't seem to be able to do this as well at night.

She's had to go out for a walk in the pram to calm down tonight as I fed her but she couldn't fall back to sleep and was getting very worked up. If anyone has any suggestions I'd be grateful. I've never been able to interest her in a dummy, which I think would help her now.

How about a comforter toy or blankie?
