5 month old new waking in the evening

I wondered if anyone could help or had any idea as to what is happening?!

My 5 month old has over the last week, started waking in the evening. He goes to sleep around 7-7.30pm, generally fed to sleep (breastfed). Then he had been waking 1-2times overnight-usually at either 11pm ish or 3am ish, occasionally both. Woke for a feed then straight back to sleep. Over the last week, he had been waking around 9.20pm. We've tried rocking him
Back to sleep or settling him but he just gets irate until he is fed. I've been Going with that, but I guess it just seems wierd-tonight DH was home late so I couldn't get the baby down until 8pm (he has 2 older siblings so it's all a bit of a juggling act),-he had fed on and off between 6-8pm and thought had fed well. However, he still woke up at 9.20! Couldn't get him back to sleep without a short feed. I know we probably do need to work on naps and self settling.....currently he has a dummy for daytime sleep, feeds to sleep at bedtimes. Overnight he is often put down awake but drowsy and managed to self settle fine.

Sorry this is rambling-couldn't figure out if it is a delayed 4 month regression, or just a growth spurt or his sleep all going wrong?

Thanks for any thoughts! Xxxxx

I'd suggest she's hungry, that she needs more calories. Not necessarily at the specific time she wakes, but maybe by making feeds more frequent during the daytime, she'll be less hungry at night.
