What should my baby sleep in?

It's a really warm night - 17/18 degrees outside and much warmer inside. DD2 is 4 weeks old but born at 33 weeks so she is in effect like a newborn. She weighs 5lb. She's been going to sleep in a bodysuit and a sleep suit with 1 or 2 blankets. It's not been this hot though. Do you think I should take the bodysuit off and just have her in the sleep suit?

I'd go with just sleep suit in your but have a blanket / muslin to cover over later in the night?

I have a 2 week old who's just in a nappy but I've covered him with a large muslin folded in two.

My toddler insisted on wearing long sleeved pjs!!

Thank you. I'll go with the sleep suit.

DD1 went to bed in a short sleeved top and pj bottoms but insisted on taking her top off the second she got into bed so she could have her blanket over her. Toddlers are mental.
