Help me break this habit!

Hi all,
My DD is 8mo and is a pretty good sleeper (she wasn't up until 5mo, but that's another story!). But for the last 3 months she's been waking at 5:15am on the dot every single day, apart from once when she was ill. Wheb she wakes at 5ish, we've been treating it as a night waking, and not taking her out of the cot until 6am.
Here is her daily routine:
6am: 6oz bottle
7:15am: breakfast
8am: nap
9:30am: wake up
10am: 6oz bottle
12pm: lunch
12:30pm: nap
2pm: wake up, 6oz bottle
4pm: short nap/quiet time
4:30pm: wake up
5pm: dinner
7pm: bath
7:30pm: bed

We don't hear a peep from her between 7:30pm and 5:15am, which is brilliant! But if we get her up for the day at that time, she's tired again by 6am. So as I said, we've been treating it as a night waking. But even when she does go back to sleep, she's just dozing, and wakes every 15 mins until 6am, by which time we've given up on trying to go back to sleep ourselves.
Can anyone see where we are going wrong routine-wise? Or any ideas of what else we can try? Or should we just accept that 5:15 wake ups are just her thing now?

I'd say the first nap is too early

7 am wake
7.30 breakfast
8.45/9 nap [30 min - 1 hour]
10 bottle
12 lunch
1 pm nap [2 hour]
5pm dinner
6pm bath
7pm bed

Thanks for the quick reply iguess

I've tried jigging her naps around, but by 8am, her eyes are bright red and she's approaching the over-tired stage....but I guess that's because she's been more or less awake since 5:15am!! Today we are doing an hour and half drive to my mum's, due to leave at 9am, so she will sleep in the car. Will be interesting to see if it makes a difference tomorrow morning

I have the exact same issue with my 7 month old. 5.15 on the dot she's wide awake for the day. By 8 she looks like she's going to pass out with tiredness. I'm interested to see if there's an advice.....
