Hi everyone , my 17wwek old little girl has recently changed her bedtime routine , she used to have her bedtime feed and sleep through till 5am, not doing anything different she has started refusing her bedtime bottle and screaming the house down for 15mins and startedto wake up more and more for feeds during the night again. She has recently started teething and so has her twin brother this may be a factor.. But just wanted some suggestions on how to get her sleeping through again. As they are moving into their own room very soon. Any suggestions are good suggestions x

When do you give the feed before the final one? Just wondering if you could make this slightly earlier so she is hungrier at bedtime. She might be more inclined to take the bottle then. Could you also try offering more feeds during the day? Maybe if she takes more calories during the day she'll be less inclined to wake. You say she is moving into her own room could actually be a sign that she is ready for this. Is it possible you're disturbing her during the night? And maybe being near you is making her more tempted for a feed? Just thoughts... Good luck!

Google four month sleep regression.

Sounds a pretty textbook case.

My 17 week old is doing exactly the same thing! She's gone from waking once in the night to waking every couple of hours! Hideous! She is showing signs of teething but am inclined to think it's the four month sleep regression-don't think there's any real cure for it-just time! Like the last poster has suggested look it up online!
Hope it makes you feel slightly better knowing you're not alone!grin
