DD (4.11) has always been a great sleeper but since starting school in September now wakes at least 5 nights a week saying she's 'scared' (a noise/a shadow/a dream etc) Has anyone else experienced this? Any tips?!
Do you have a chat with her about her day? Mine isn't at school age yet but I've heard it can be a bit overwhelming which is what can cause sleep disruption so to have a little chat about how her day has been and do something fun after school to help her unwind.
