18 month old waking

My 18 month old dd has been waking around 3am each night for the last few months or so . It has now increased to 2 times a night and with 12 week old ds it's getting really tiring.

We give her a bottle when she wakes which usually gets her back to sleep.

We're thinking of stopping giving her a bottle and seeing if this works at all , has anyone any success stories they'd like to share?

The thing is when she wakes she's not upset so not in any pain which makes me think she's waking for a bottle .
