Hi, my DS is 14 weeks now and for the last couple of weeks, he's got into a habit of waking around 6 or 7am. But it's not that he's an early riser. He's crying and clearly unhappy to be awake. His dummy and some white noise usually sends him to sleep again for 30 mins or so. This morning he did that cycle until 8.30am and which point he woke again but was happy.
I've tried everything to alleviate him waking up. He's not too warm/cold, he has a dry nappy, I tried a blackout blind today but that didn't seem to make any difference. He goes to sleep around 7.30pm and wakes twice in the night for food still. It's not the end of the world compared to some peoples nights sleep (!) but he didn't use to do it.
Any suggestions would be welcomed! Thanks
