18-month-old twin girls. They go down at 7-7.30pm and sleep through until 9-9.30am. They still need two naps a day, the first one two hours, the second just one hour. That's a LOT of kip.
But it's that night sleep that bothers us slightly - 14 hours seems excessive. Yet they're both very lively girls, with good appetites. And one of them even gets crabby if you wake her up before her 14 hours is done. I'm sure it's probably OK but they've not always been the best sleepers and this seems a little extraordinary.
