Naps - if I don't do the same for ONE day

Hi

Ok so I have a rigid nap time for morning & lunch.

If I don't follow this for the odd day because of day trips etc ... Will it mess things up for the next day & more??

You should be fine unless they are very sensitive to change. They'll probably also sleep in the pram as you're out and about anyway.
