We've had some success with gradual withdrawal sleep training with our 11month old son (he is definitely learning to settle himself and only waking a few times in the night, but we haven't managed much of a retreat yet) but he seems to be awake and really not wanting to go back to sleep from 5 ish.
Any advice? Could it be as simple as putting him to bed later?
Also, I've stopped feeding at night (was BFing through the night and co-sleeping) and have been giving a last feed at 10pm and trying not to feed again until 6am. Any advice on what to do about the late feed, as I hope to start stopping BFing when. He's 1.
TIA
