She has suffered with them since before she could talk and tell us.
We do bath, book and bed. Been doing the quiet time an hour before bed to relax her for about a month. No change - she still has them often.
It can take up to an hour for her to settle and sleep. We usually cuddle her and tell her stories. Anything else I can do to help her settle quicker.
She gets very frightened, sweaty, whimpery and quiet when these happen.
