My 6 month old is struggling to stay asleep during the night. She has had the same routine from the beginning but since her jabs has been very unsettled during the night. Before she would sleep through.
She will go down around 6.30pm, she goes to sleep straight away but stirs majority of the evening. If I go in her room to check on her it will wake her and then struggle to get her back down. From 10/11pm she will wake every 2 hours. To get her back to sleep takes anything between 15 minutes to an hour. I have started to self settle in her cot and she never cries just fidgets a lot. If I do leave the room she will cry. I will give her a feed between 1 and 3am when she wakes then. From 5am she is pretty much awake and rarely goes back to sleep. Needless to say we are very tired!
She naps during the day and has on average 2-3 hours max.
She does not have any teeth yet but is chewing on everything. Her teeth do not seem like they will make an appearance to soon. She is not crying in pain during the night so I don't think this is the cause but I could be wrong
If anyone has any hints or tips to get us through or to make sleep time better then please share.
