Do you let your baby have more sleep then normal in the day if they are just more tired then normal?
5 month old is wanting to nap a bit sooner then id normally put him down so I'm just letting him sleep and hoping it won't effect him tonight.

Yes, I always did. I never found it affected DS until he was much older than your baby (at least a year old) - he could have more sleep in the day and still sleep fine at night. You just have to give it a go and see what happens, but I think he will probably be fine. At that age they need lots of sleep still.

Yes, usually he'd either be coming down with something our have had an exceptionally busy day the day before and need to recover.
