Unsettled 6mo hits face, very frustrating

Also posted in health but probably the wrong place..

My 6mo doesn't settle at night and hits/rubs her eyes/nose and wakes herself up, every half an hour last night, I just got her out of swaddling so don't want to go back to that, I tried teething gel so don't think it's teeth, dd has a history of reflux and wondered if this could be a sign??

Any experience appreciated!! Thx ia

Personally I find teething gel does sod all when dd is teething so I would try something a bit stronger like some ibuprofen or paracetamol before ruling out teething.
