Hello. I have a 5 month old DD who has always been wonderful at sleeping through the night, only waking up a handful of times since she was a couple of months old. She usually sleeps from 6.30 - 6.30/7, but in the last few days has been waking up screaming hysterically at 5.30, is still tired and won't settle again till she is in our bed. She's always settled herself to sleep (and back to sleep if she wakes) so this is unusual. Any ideas on how I can help her?
