By accident really, I started putting ds (10 months) down in his travel cot and he is sleeping much better than he did in his cot-with-expensive-mattress. He is also in a different room, and I really don't know whether it's the room or the travel cot that is helping him sleep, but I'm scared to rock the boat! So, is there any reason why a travel cot wouldn't be a good permanent bed?
It has the original mattress plus a t.cot mattress from mothercare that is really more like a topper.
