Routine at 12 m

What does your 12 m do wrt to naps especially? Mine has had a longer morning nap & a shorter afternoon one but am now struggling to get her down for the afternoon one early enough that bedtime doesn't become rather late. It seems early for just one nap though. Any others napping just once at just one year old?

My DTs are, they go down about 11 and sleep on a very good day, for 2 hours, on a bad day an hour. They go to bed at 630 / 7. It was becoming a fight to get them to have their morning nap and then they would refuse the afternoon one and be out of control with tiredness by bedtime so it was a natural progression.

We're exactly the same as you OP with 12mo DS. Not sure how we get to one nap a day.......!
