Well, DD's six month sleep regression has gone beyond regression, which suggests going back to a state she has been in before. This is MUCH worse than even her newborn wakings. She's waking, distressed hourly. We're all shattered.
Somebody has suggested going back to swaddling and introducing a dummy. I'm not sure about this as swaddling seems liking going backwards (she stopped swaddling at 12 weeks, on her lead), and she's never had a dummy. But frankly anything for a bit of extra kip...
I'm concerned, however, that we may just be creating problems for the future if we go down this route.
Any thoughts or experiences would be much appreciated.
