2month old daughter can't sleep :(

hey iam new on this still trying to find my way round this lol. I have a 2month old daughter shes in a routine of goin to bed at 8:30 and sleeping through but we have started getting problems with our nextdoor neighbours dogs they r keeping her awake there for makeing her grumpy,thought of everythin to drown the noise out but nuttin seems to work any ideas?

You can try white noise (you can download it from the internet, buy CDs or get an app for a phone) and give that a go, babies seem to like it as it reminds them of the sounds they heard in the womb (apparently)

However, 2 months is very early to be sleeping through the night, especially from 8.30pm. She's still very little and I wouldn't worry too much about a routine yet.
