Is that normal? I have horrendous nightmares every night and have done since DD hit the 3 month mark...Sometimes they're awful - like finding DD in pools of bloody, and sometimes they're stupid but still scary - just woke up from a unseen ghost torchering (sp?!) me and dragging me out the room. Weird I know..Any suggestions?Tia
No suggestions but I have vivid dreams anyway and found when I was pg and for about 6mths afterwards I had frequent disturbing dreams. I think it was my hormones and me emotionally/sub consciously getting used to being a parent.
Is there are hormonal change in my body at 3 months post birth?Haven't had nightmares like this since I was about 5...
