DS is now 1 year old and moves around his cot a lot in his sleep. He frequently wakes us up as he shrieks when he gets into a different position (although doesn't usually wake himself up when he does this) or wakes himself up by getting stuck (often widthways across his cot or with his head wedged into a corner). The constant interruption at night is driving both me and DH bonkers. We're getting very sleep deprived and ratty. DS is cutting 2 bottom teeth at the moment and also seems to be getting more mobile but was doing this before either of these events. He sleeps in a grobag.
Anyone else experienced this? What helped? How long did it last?
