DS is 8mo and takes ages to sleep and doesn't nap for over half an hour unless we stay by him, patting and shushing him.
He is learning to walk and to crawl - drags himself (commando crawling) around the house and has learnt how to crawl on hands and knees 2 days ago. He pulls himself standing and for a few days, has been standing holding himself with only one hand. He looks like he is going to give his first steps by himself soon (I mean, in the next month, maybe).
He has only two teeth, which appeared over 2 months ago, and no sign of others.
Sometimes he's sleeping and starts to move his legs as if he's walking. Sometimes he pulls himself on hands and knees and wakes up in the process.
He also moves a lot between sleep cycles, which apparently wakes him up. He also wakes several times in the night (specially between sleep time and about midnight).
I have a feeling that once he has mastered the crawling and walking, things will get better and he will sleep better. Any opinions? Does it make sense?
