my dd nearly 5 wont sleep grrrrrrrrrrrr

my dd who is 5 next month hasnt slept well for the last few months she is awake 2-3 times at night and is up most mornings about 4.30 am ready to go its now affecting her at school (she was sent home yesterday for falling asleep ) im am at my witts end a very very very tried mum :(
