We stayed at the Galtenberg in Inneralpbach when DS was 4 and at the Unterschwarzachhof in Hinterglemm when DS was 5. The second one is not part of the "Kinderhotel" marketing group but is a member of a similar one called FamilySelect Hotels.
I liked them both but given a choice I would go back to Hinterglemm before Inneralpbach. The Hinterglemm hotel is right beside the Kinder ski school and several lifts.

Have also stayed here in Seefeld, it was early season, before Christmas so kids club only open from mid afternoon each day. Nice hotel, and within walking distance of station with direct train to Innsbruck or Munich. We flew to Munich (cheaper flights than Innsbruck) & took the train.

We've stayed at the Alpenrose (Lermoos) in the summer (twice) - and all had a fantastic time! As the ski area isn't very high, I'd probably not go there for skiing (although very dependent on snow conditions).

For skiing we've stayed at the Hotel Baer in Serfaus which was great!

We stayed at Hotel Brenseehof - it was nice but overpriced in a way unless you have young toddlers. A lot of the activities were very hard to actually find out about - we knew they were on offer but by the time we got to grips with their booking systems etc we found we'd always missed the day/free taster session etc. The creche was so-so - all the kids in there were German-speaking and DD didn't enjoy it at all - the staff were nervous about speaking English to her. Overall you really needed to speak German (DH does) otherwise you couldn't understand the menu (had to order for following evening's meal) etc or a lot of the posters advertising events. We enjoyed it but found we just did out own thing and the extra premium we payed for kids' clubs/activities etc just wasn't good value for money. Food was excellent however and the situation is stunning. They also ran out of kids' bikes if you didn't grab them quickly enough in the morning!
