Lots of ski holidays under our belt, but first with new baby!

Can anyone point me in the right direction for baby friendly ski tour operators? She will be 5 months old when we go, will plan to use child care for her half the week then have family time and do shifts to ski the rest of the time. I worked in the alps for years so know you pay more for the likes of Mark Warner as they offer childcare but then the accommodation isn’t the greatest. Is it worth it for the convenience? Anyone’s recommendations would be fab

We did this when DD was a baby - childcare in the mornings and family time in the afternoons. We didn’t get much skiing done due to time it took to check her into the nursery each morning then getting to and from lifts etc.

After that, we either left her at home with the grandparents (for weekend trips) or brought the grandparents with us and rented an apartment. So much easier and everybody was happy.

We went with Mark Warner and abandoned then for the week. They are well adjusted and seem no worse for the experience. Just go and ski.

Esprit very good for kids and not too bad in term time. Nice chalet hotels etc

We skipped the first year with a baby - thought about it but ultimately wasn't ready to leave DS with a stranger. Went when we he was 18 months - and had no qualms leaving him in the crèche for 6 whole days while we skied as much as we possibly could! We went with Family Ski, was very pleased. Chalet was of a comparable standard other child-free trips, good food, felt comfortable with the childcare. Have skipped a couple more years now due to second pregnancy/baby but would definitely look at Family Ski again for our next trip.

T4 nannies or Snow Little - then you can choose your accom in their resorts. Cheeky Monkeys in Morzine.

Otherwise VIP ski, Family Ski, Ski Famille, Esprit. Or MW as you said.
