Ski & snowboarding

Family of 5

Can anyone recommend anywhere that would accommodate a family of 5? The children are 7, 5 & 5 And would be happy sharing a room. We will possibly consider connecting rooms but would prefer somewhere where we could all stay together.

DH and I previously ski’d in Meribel in a catered chalet, but that was pre-kids. Although he’s far more experienced than I am, before he met me he had only been to France and in cheap deals staying in hostel type accommodation.

Happy to consider Norway or Sweden as I hear they’re good. DD doesn’t have as much energy as the boys so ideally somewhere where there’s something other than skiing to do, eg swimming, ice skating, sledging etc

Many thanks in advance

Forgot to add: we are looking at the Easter school break so need to be high enough for good snow coverage

Ooh I didn’t realise Esprit do rooms for 5. Will check them out thank you.

I think we would prefer catered. I’m not particular about hotels or chalets. Just don’t fancy having to think about the food side of things in addition to skiing each day

Family Ski have some rooms for 5. I think Reberty is their highest resort but not been there so don't know any details.

I can't recommend catered accommodation but we're a family of 5 and have just come back from Cervinia (high enough for Easter). We've used Airbnb both times we've been (this time in a 4 bed apartment) and it's cheap enough kind of that we ate out for every meal (other than breakfast).

We're going to Geilo in Norway, as a family of 5, half board at the Vestlia in a couple of weeks. Was reasonable (as much as this type of holiday can be!) and has come v highly recommended by a couple of different friends. We've booked through Ski Safari...
