I'm lucky enough to be off in 18 days!!!
Bar walking the dog, I've done. I thing to prepare as ever but I hunk there's still time?
I know about wall squats and guess other squats and lunges would good - does anyone know a good app or YouTube video I can have on my phone?

//www.wheretoskiandsnowboard.com/news/eight-minute-skifit-workout-launched/ - I used this last year - totally doable as only 8 mins a day. I'd work on general cardio as well - do as many long walks or exercise classes as you can in advance.

Thanks Rookie, I've just downloaded and done my 8 minutes, that is exactly what I was looking for.

Great news !
Disclaimer is that of course you're not going to get super fit in 8 minutes a day, but at least the workout is very specifically aimed at the muscles that you're going to use and the movements you're going to be carrying out.

We're off to the indoor slopes today - my ski trips are 23-26 Feb and 24-31st March - can't wait !

I've done the app every day since as even I can squeeze 8 minutes in I sometimes cut the last two minutes out as cant be arsed to lay down
It's good and I'm also doing walk squats 1/2 times per day
