Does anyone ski and board?

I remember doing both as a teen. Just getting back into skiing now (I was definitely a more advanced skiier than boarder, think I was still learning the ropes o a snowboard), and wondering what people who do both do. As in, do you buy boots for both? Seems a faff. I will buy boots for skiing as ski boots are inherently less comfortable than board boots.

My husband. He has boots for both. He's pretty good (ski almost anything, tricks on his board), but skis more now our kids are skiing and we all skied together.

I have done both, but I'm a much better skier and would never get on a board now. It's much less forgiving if you catch an edge and 2 feet able to operate separately seems much easier to me!
