agree - is used for both sarcastic and confused and it does get very confusing.

Sorry if I'm repeating previous requests but can we pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease have a confused face as I always have to use the face & it looks like I'm being sarcastic as opposed to uttery bemused!
