The red colour in live webchats

Why is it reeeeeeeeeeed?

I've had to give up reading the newest one as my eyes couldn't take it. Couldn't the person doing the webchat show up in red or sommat? Then their replies would be easy to find. But entire threads in red is 'orrible.
