OK I accept the fact that I'm thick.....but I have (very rudely) forgotten who sent me the brownie leggings just after Christmas

I've tried searching on Brownies, brownie, brownie leggings...my nickname, my christmas nickname.

I can't find it....can anyone help....[insert pleading smiley]

Was it on a wanted/for sale/swap topic?

Can't remember - I was very kindly given them and not even asked for postage.

A beautiful card was enclosed and I wondered if I could buy/order some from the M/Ner involved.

They are just what I need

I've been hunting for you as best as I can - can't find anything to give any clues. Good luck with your search. x

I've not found it either - very strange. Can you post a thread that says 'thank you for the Brownie leggings' and explain that they're wonderful?

Hello KatieMac,
The powers that be (aka they who must be obeyed aka the three witches) did decide in their wisdom that "for sale" and "wanted" stuff should disappear after a couple of weeks. This probably went away as part of the great purge. I'll find this and put it back.

Tech

Tech is not only a him but, according to those who have met him, a very gorgeous him

He is also nice and very funny (he posts on random threads occasionally as well as site stuff).

(Can I have my £5 now please tech?)

Searching archive Doesn't work for me, what am I doing wrong?

I tried (for instance) to search for the word "the" in the title of education threads (under search archived threads). Returned no Results.... either with no date or a date of (since) 28 January 2000, returned no results.

Can anyone else do it?

Working fine.

That particular search returns 32914 messages

Could you do me a favour, then, search for the word "fund" and give me any links for threads that have ideas for fundraising for a school or preschool? Else I'm going to start a thread about it, but I wouldn't bother if there is otherwise an existing thread.

Search never works for me, not even on differnet computers, so irritating...!

That looks like it. Haven't read any of them so don't know how useful.

Searched 'fundraising', 'fund' gets all the stuff about child trust fund vouchers.
