This is because we want to keep the apps simple, and it's difficult to fit all of the features from the web in. However if we find a way of doing it in a simple way, we'll add it!

That's a shame Tim, because I often have to flick over to the browser version for lots of things that you can't do in the app. Is the idea of the app just to be very basic?

I've thought of another one though! Is it possible to have a search page function, like you do in the browser? It's very annoying when a poster mentions someone else's post without going into detail, so scrolling back to find it can be awkward (often have to watch the thread, go to browser and search from there to do it).

Funnily enough I just came on here to ask this exact question! I use the app on an iPhone but it's really frustrating not having 'trending' on there as that's all I'm interested in looking at really and hardly ever come on the proper site.
