Security warning

Can anybody help please?
When I am on MN page, security warning keeps popping up recently.
It's only on MN, nothing else. Why is this happening? It never used to happen before, and setting on pc etc hasn't changed at all.
It's really annoying. It's keep going on about identity of the website cannot be identified or whatever. Is it something to do with those adverts on the page?
TIA

Hi there OP,

Would you be able to get a screenshot next time this happens by any chance?

Also please could you let us know what browser you're using to access MN?

The more info we have, the easier it will be for Tech to get to the bottom of this.

Same problem here, twice in the last fortnight, last time was Thursday evening, repeatedly.
Only on laptop (IE) not on mobile site.

Thank you MN.
Same here as notthe, happens on IE, not on chrome at all. But for some weird reason, since I posted this , it hasn't happened. But I assume it may happen again. (Hope not!)

I think it said something like identity of the website cannot be verified.
It was happening all the time for last couple of weeks.

Also I have problem logging in with IE. I can log in with chrome, but not with IE at all.

I will let you know if it start happening again. Thank you!

Thanks for this info irvine - we'll pass it all over to tech straight away. In the meantime, if anyone can grab a screen shot then please share it here. Cheers Wine!

Hi all,

Just an update on this one.

Tech has asked if you would mind updating Internet Explorer. The error appears to be related to a bug in the old version.

Let us know what happens!

Thank you for such a speedy response.
Price for using such an old pc, I guess. Blush
I might just ditch IE and just use chrome.
(funny thing is it hasn't happened since.)

Please tell thanks to the tech team too!
