Weird 'competition' pop-up

Was just scrolling down active and the page jumps to a 'competition, you're a lucky winner' type thing, with what appeared to be a pop-up which said 'congratulations ISP customer' (but actually named my ISP).

I closed safari in a panic without taking a screenshot am on an iPhone.

Yes. Me too. Something about winning an iphone. It was very quick.

Meant to say, there was a countdown on the pop up thing - I say appeared to be a pop up as it wasn't anything like a normal iPhone pop up.
