They do refuse to answer banned poster mail until they want to answer it. I think they like to make people stew ... I'm sure I've seen them admit to it recently

I don't know how many emails they get in a day (to be too busy vs purposely letting us stew), but it took just under 48hours for me to get back in.

They've been doing a mass cull recently. That said it's pretty pointless as most just re-sign up and that's that.
