Randomly logged out

Yesterday afternoon the site logged me out and couldn't get back in again (I can't remember my password since I'm usually always logged in). I requested a password reset but the email never arrived (I've checked my spam folder too). I've emailed you but not heard anything. Is there any chance someone can help me out? I reregistered but I don't feel like me with a new username! I'm normally purpledaisies.
