Constantly being logged out even though I've elected to stay logged in.

This has been going on for many months. I'm sure I started a thread about it last year. And I have seen other threads about this issue. Why hasn't this been fixed yet? It's fine on my iPad but, using the same platform - Safari- from my iPhone means constantly having to re-sign in. Often during an active session.

It happened to me in the past. It turned out I was using the "In Private" web browsing on an iPhone (I think this might be called "In cognito" on other devices). Go into normal browsing and it works.

Thanks Moosey. I've looked in all the Settings on my iPhone and can't see anything like that anywhere. Am I looking in the wrong places? This doesn't happen on my iPad btw.

It's happening to me on my phone and laptop (both Microsoft) but not my iPad.
When I try to log on it doesn't recognise my password so I have to sign in through Facebook.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this.

It does sound as if you are in private browsing, and so your log in isn't being remembered. Do you know what ios you have at the moment?

But this has been going on for months. How would I find out about private browsing as I couldn't find anything last night?

And it isn't every time Often I can stay on MN, looking at different threads etc and I don't get logged out. Other times I look at a couple of pages and then I have to log back in. No real pattern.

Happens to me too. On a Nokia windows phone doobrie. I haven't changed any settings and it never used to happen.

Well this is amazing... I've changed not a single thing yet I've stayed logged in for over 24hours! Witchcraft it is 😳👍
