If I deactivate

Will all my posts and comments be removed? Is there any way to do that? I've decided for good that MN is quite toxic for me and would love to delete threads I've created that could be identifiable along with my profile.

Usually posts remain after deactivation - email HQ using [email protected] for a run down of options off-board

Sorry you're not happy

I'm sorry you feel MN is toxic for you. Given that, you're probably best to just deactivate and leave. You can email MN and discuss removing them but they are all cached so they'd be findable easily whether they remove or not. I'd put it out of your mind, and leave.

all the best.

Thanks Donkey that's very helpful I'll do that now, I made the mistake of seeking support a few times in AIBU and just can't take it anymore

AIBU is not the place to post looking for support. Hide the whole topic and then post in a more specific one.

You had a lot of support on that thread, too.

You should just leave it alone now and stop posting. It's going around in circles and upsetting you.

Don't let it put you off the whole site!

I'm afraid Walter I just feel like it's there all the time and I just can't leave it Sad I've made a few and they've all ended up with people saying I'm making everything up because of how I type/explain things and I just can't cope with being here I'd like a clean cut from it all

I'm sorry you feel that way.

And it probably is the best thing to do if it's affecting you that much.

I'm sorry that you've been run off. Wine Chocolate

We would agree that others, that AIBU is really there for crowd checking responses rather than honest to goodness support which is available in spades across this site - we are awed, DAILY by the amazing stuff that goes on between BF mums helping with latch
and village specific school advice
and how to get a fussy child to take medicine
and how to cope when someone dies
and and and
THe list goes on
Do hope you'll reconsider and not depart MN completely as if there's one thing we can all do with, it's some moral support
Kindest wishes
Peace and love

I've only made one post and getting the same. It's like I'm on trial and my original question is being completely ignored. It's been really masoginistic and toxic. Won't be spending any more time on here!
