Too many emails from MNHQ

Not that I don't love hearing from you, MumsnetInsightTeam, but I'm getting the same emails asking me to fill in the same surveys/post on the same threads over and over again. I've either already filled/posted or am ineligible. It used to be once a week or less, now it's daily - that's verging on spam. Please stop.

If you go to my mumsnet, click my account then you can deregister from the insightteam.

I don't think there's any other way to get fewer messages, though someone from MNHQ might be along to correct me.

I've noticed an increase in the insight emails too. I still want them, just not the same one repeatedly.

Yes I have noticed this too, a sharp increase in amount and they are all repeats.

I also don't want to deregister but there is just too many at the moment, especially when I'm having to read through and decipher that they are all the same questionnaires you've just sent.

I nearly posted about this a few days ago! It's getting annoying tbh. Fair enough when there's new surveys but it's the same ones over and over Confused

Hi all, apologies that you've felt you're receiving too many emails from us - we've had a lot of insight just for the panel recently!

Thank you for the feedback, and we'll look into how we can ensure that you aren't receiving emails for surveys you've already done or aren't eligible for very often.

However, if you'd like to receive panel emails less often (even if they are new surveys) just get in touch by sending an email to [email protected] indicating how often you'd like to receive emails from us Smile

I'm happy to hear from mn but I've had about five requests to do a Cadbury memory thing. I won't as it asks me to put in pictures of my kids. I keep those off tinterweb!
