Where's the customise link gone, I want to opt in to the special needs topic?

After last summer I de-regged for a day or so and never got round to customising my new reg until now.

How do I select topics I want to see or hide?

It's now on the drop down menu. Click on the down arrow button to the right of Talk at the top of the page.
