Can't namechange

I've been trying to change my username. I've tried several times today.

Each time, I get a new screen that just says "Sorry, an error occurred". No indication of what the error is, whether it's a site problem or whether there's an issue with the information I'm entering.

I'm on a kindle fire, using a Silk internet browser, and am on the mobile site.

I've just reported my post with the screenshot and asked for it to be deleted as I've realised that the screenshot contains some personal information.

Is there an e-mail address to send the screenshot to? It doesn't look like I can put a screenshot in a PM.

I was on the mobile site when I was having this trouble. When I've tried namechanging from the desktop site, the namechange has worked.

So if you're currently on the mobile site, I'd suggest trying the name change from the desktop site.

Yes, I've been unable to name change on the mobile site. Kept getting the error message pictured above.

But I can name change absolutely fine on the desktop site (using the same device both times).

Hello, it happens to me when using Chrome, but not when using Safari - I don't know if that helps anybody at all :)
