Colours on threads

Could somebody please tell me how to change the background colours on my posts and on a op post.

Its currently on lime green which is too bright for me

Hi there Savesomespendsome! If you scroll down to the bottom of this page you should see 'customise', underneath the Smileys List. If you click on that there are all sorts of colour options to choose from.
