Can't name change

I want to change my name, but I keep getting an error message. I go to "account", type in a new nickname, enter my password, and then it just says "an error has occurred". Am I doing something wrong?

I am on the the site on my iPhone (but not the app) if that helps.

Hi Curiouserandcuriouser30 - have you tried to name change on a desktop? We're just wondering if this is an issue with the mobile site only, as we can't currently recreate it ourselves.

No, only on my iPhone. I've tried a few times over a week or so and I keep getting the error message. I can try on a desktop though if you think that is the issue.

Perhaps give it go on desktop, if you're happy to? This will really help us get an idea of where the issue is occurring.
