redirect to spammy looking "survey"

From a thread in active convos suddenly taken to this "survey" with the chance to win a giftcard. The fact that no amount of back clicking got me back to the thread and there was no "no thanks" or X to close made me a bit . Anyone else? MNHQ?

Uh oh, a Google search reveals its most likely adware that has snuck onto my phone and got past my anti-virus/security.
