Keep being logged off

I've opted to stay logged in on my phone but am still constantly being logged off.

Any ideas? :)

Mobile site has gone wrong - bottom shortcut bar has vanished and none of the buttons at the top and right are working

My shortcut bar is missing too. I haven't tried to start a thread so I don't know if that's working or not
