When I read a looooooooooong thread on my ipad is there a quick way to jump to the bottom of the thread?
Or a way to get back to active convo's other than scrolling all the way back to the top again?

How are you viewing MN, YouveCatToBeKittenMe? Are you using the app or the mobile version of the site?

oooh sorry for the late reply, real life intervened for a while there Grin

I am on the er....big normal version, like I would be on a desktop
not the app or mobile version

Am I being awkward? Should I be using the app?

Real life? Shock

OK, can you see a double line of links underneath this Post Message box and the Smiley's list? Active is at the start of the second line.

As for jumping to the bottom, are you reading in pages? Or in one long unlimited page?

Don't know about getting to the bottom quickly, but if you're reading mumsnet in a browser on an iPad, to scroll straight to the top of a page just touch the very top of the screen (where the time is).

Ooh yes...that's handy!, Grin

You've just put that there haven't you?

I'm sure I wouldn't have missed something that obvious!

As for jumping to the top I am reading in one loooooong page

(I do like the fact that I can stay logged in regardless of whichever piece of technology I am using...is that new?)
