Hi, this has probably be asked before, but does mumsnet have an app for windows phones?

Yes we do.

It's not working as well as we would like right now, though, tbh.

You may find it easier to use the mobile version of our site. Just search for Mumsnet on your phone, and select the mobile site when you're prompted.
