Grey line in Active Conversations

Using IE - Active Conversations has a vertical grey line down lh margin. Looks like a scroll bar as per the right but doesn't function as one.

Hi LIZS, thanks for flagging this. Actually, in Firefox, I can see two grey lines (lucky me). We've already let Tech know about this but I'll nudge them again for you.
