I know this is not a big problem on the scale of things, but it is beginning to drive me nuts.
Since 18th March I have asked MNHQ why I don't receive the Talk Round-Up via email - even though my Mumsnet settings tell me I should be receiving it. And, indeed, several email messages from MNHQ tell me I should be receiving it.
So - where is it?
Has anyone else had the same problem?
I have asked MNHQ if they just hate me, and that's why the Round-Up is not forthcoming. But they assure me that's not the case ...

For anyone else having problems: first off, check that you're definitely subscribed to it via the MyMumsnet tab (marriednotdead, we've checked and you are!)

The top bit's a little out of date, but the bit about checking your My Mumsnet to see if there's a red message is still important. The other thing that's worth doing is adding email@example.com into your email address book.
If you do all this and still don't get a TRU on Friday, please let us know!
Thanks for replying. I saw Helen's email only a short while ago, but have followed her suggestions and nothing happened. Will see what happens tomorrow. I posted this just to see if anyone else is having the same problem.
Hi, NTG, we'll take a look at this. We are in the middle of changing the way we send newsletters and subscriptions are taking a bit longer to activate than they used to. It should all be sorted by next week. I'll check your sub manually now. Sorry for the trouble.
